Model No: HS-12-300
DC Brush Screw Pump
At the heart of the pump lies a DC brushed motor, which is powered by a DC power source to rotate a permanent magnet inside the motor. The pump body houses a screw-shaped impeller. When the motor rotates, the impeller follows suit, using its rotating and propelling action to transport liquid from one end of the pump body to the other.
Quantity :
High Efficiency: The DC motor boasts high energy conversion efficiency, enabling stable power output at relatively low voltages and currents, thus enhancing the pump's operational efficiency.
Strong Self-Priming Capability: Screw pumps typically exhibit excellent self-priming abilities, capable of drawing in and conveying liquids without the need for external assistance.
Stable Flow Rate: During operation, screw pumps maintain a relatively stable flow rate with minimal fluctuations, making them suitable for applications requiring consistent fluid delivery.
Versatile Application: The DC Brush Screw Pump can handle a wide range of liquids, including clean water, sewage, and even some corrosive fluids, albeit with the appropriate pump body materials to prevent corrosion.
Simplified Maintenance: While the DC brushed motor's construction is relatively straightforward, simplifying maintenance tasks, regular replacement of carbon brushes and other wear parts is crucial to maintain optimal pump performance.
