DC Brushless Self-priming Pump
The working principle of the DC Brushless Self-priming Pump combines the brushless DC motor and self-priming functions. When the motor starts, the brushless DC motor utilizes an electronic commutator to control the energization of the stator coils, generating a rotating magnetic field that drives the rotor to rotate. The rotating rotor, in turn, drives the impeller, creating centrifugal force that expels the liquid within the pump body. Simultaneously, the reduced pressure within the pump body creates a negative pressure, allowing external liquid to be drawn into the pump through the suction pipe. As liquid continues to be drawn in and expelled, the air within the pump body is gradually expelled, establishing a stable liquid transfer process.
